The First FDA-Cleared Liquid Extracellular Matrix (ECM)
Made from Multiple ECM Sources, Not Just One.
Developed from multiple tissue sources, each application contains a diverse blend of naturally occurring biomolecules that support the body’s healing process.
These include structural proteins, growth factors, and over 500 unique peptides found within the extracellular matrix.
Most extracellular matrix products are derived from a single tissue source and consist primarily of collagen.
ReyaGel® was designed differently.
Using our proprietary Multi-Tissue Platform (MTP®), ReyaGel combines extracellular matrix from multiple tissues, creating a broader and more complex range of naturally occurring biomolecules.
Not All Extracellular Matrix Is the Same
Created by the innovators behind some of the world’s most widely used FDA-cleared ECM technologies.
For over 25 years, our team has been advancing extracellular matrix science and developing technologies used in hospitals to support healing in severe wounds, burns, trauma and surgical procedures.
After witnessing the remarkable outcomes of our Multi-Tissue Platform (MTP) in hospitals, we knew this technology had the potential to do so much more.
That realization led us to develop ReyaGel, transforming our original MTP® wound powder into a liquid form designed for broader clinical applications.
Our MTP Technology in the news.
Why Liquid ECM Matters
Traditional extracellular matrix products are typically sheets or powders designed for wound care and surgery.
ReyaGel introduces a liquid extracellular matrix, allowing it to easily spread across tissue surfaces and be used in procedures where powders or sheets may not be practical.
This liquid format also opens the door for clinicians and researchers to continue exploring the potential of extracellular matrix technology in regenerative medicine.
A Breakthrough in Regenerative Medicine.
“As a burn nurse, I’d always been cautious about advanced lasers like CO₂. But knowing I had ReyaGel to use afterward gave me the confidence to try it — and I couldn’t believe the results. Minimal pain, little downtime, and incredible healing.”
A Mission to Help People Heal
ReyaGel was developed by Danielle Fette, a wound care nurse, and Clay Fette, a regenerative medicine tissue engineer, who have spent their careers advancing extracellular matrix science.
Their mission is simple:
to help more people heal — because one day, we will all be patients.
